Very interesting video...congrats to you both for sticking it out. OK, this is many decades ago! I graduated from the University of San Francisco with a biology degree and was accepted at the University of Bologna for their six year program. After my third year I started to question my decision...I finished my fourth year and decided that being a physician was not for me. I finished the program decided to go into medical writing and have not looked back. All the best to you both as you continue on your journey...it's arduous but well worth the sacrifices.

Maybe, someday you can be a medical adviser on a television series, but I feel that you would be a sought after actor because you have a great on-screen presence; you’re likable, and you’re well spoken. Medicine would provide a steady, reliable income, but don’t rule out acting….someday.

Can you guys please continue to elaborate on basically letting go of your childhood dreams to pursue medicine?? I related so much with Jam when she shared how she was pushed to go into medicine by teachers because she was “smart,” but she always had a love for arts such as acting. I am currently struggling to make my decision to go to medical school as I feel it will crush any chance of me getting into acting, singing, modeling, etc…. So, I am considering PA school with hopes of it enabling me to pursue both, medicine and the arts. please advise 😭🤣
