About 2 years ago Inet connection just stopped working on my mobile i simply did not want to change for... say personal reasons. So I ended up living whole year with NO inet on my mobile. AT ALL. And guess what? Life suddenly became more wholesome, surprise-surprise!.. Had to get new phone in the end, and I liked that "no inet" policy so much that i still stick to it. Preston was incredibly nice to Laney, Katie treated her well enough like anyone else and Chandler (how is that a girl's name) was snobby and rude to her. For good measure, I must add in that the girls in the pink and yellow bikinis were completely indifferent towards her, though they were probably just extras and had no lines in the script anyway, thus denying them the opportunity to be nice or mean to her. This scene has to be one of the most realistic teen movie scenes. The popular kids were nice to Laney and not stereotypically rude and coincided. Also the volleyball game didn’t turn into this over competitive game to out do each other. Most of the time it’s just teenagers goofing around.

I think that is what made him a good actor.
