i’ve been using Changli, Mortefi, and Verina and i’ve been loving it because Mortefi completely takes advantage of her outro and for a 4* his dmg isn’t too bad and he’s even using the Moonlit Cloud set which lets me have a main on-field dps Changli!

Doesn't Mort's Marcato only proc on Normal/Heavy attacks? A great portion of Changli's attacks are considered skill attacks, you won't get much use out of Mort's coordinated damage.

yes, sadly she doesn't have double aerial dodge like Jinshi, I don't know why and instead she has a regular aerial dodge which is terrible, shorter i-frame and doesn't retain your height despite having aerial attack combo string. But other than that she is perfect

Finally Sanhua being mentioned as a good teammate for Changli, even though it looks like they have no synergy on paper: - Sanhua's personal damage is really good given her low fieldtime - She generates concerto really fast providing faster stacks for Changli - At S6 she also gives a 20% ATK buff to the team - Lower investment compared to other options right now

The problem of us getting good echo sets are not the 'farming of echo' but the 'farming of echo exp' that is hindering us. 60 wave plates for only a few tubes is definitely designed to stalled players progression if don't throw money to convert lunites into wave plates to get more echo exp tubes.

sword of voyager ( 3* weapon ER, costs less to build/refine) + full moonlit echo set ( barely need upgrading), level her up to 60-70, done. She's not meant to stay on the field for more than 2-3 seconds. For the rest...you're absolutely right.

She is a highly technical character but incredibly fun to play. Ever since I got her it feels so hard to put the game down because I want to keep being spoiled by her fluid animation, smooth kit flows, and the big pp numbers, not to mention Chiwa Saito's shouting battle cries echoing in my headphones and the visual marvel of a design she is. Probably a near 10/10 character imo. The biggest flaw with her so far is that it feels like sometime you just dont want to dodge or switch to other characters because of how amazing she plays.

yea but have u seen his echoes? they're unreal man.. also lvl 90 with max talents, give that echoes to jiyan or jinhsi + max talents lvl 90 and it will be a masacre, I think Changli is an amazing sub dps with almost the same dmg as a main dps, so the future fusion + her is going to be insane. Also she's the funniest character right now and the best looking one.

I did the same got to S3 got really good RNG , but S2 is the sweetspot for me never miss a crit, S3 even tho its says 80% it feels like 50%-40% or less in tower since bosses are higher levels (it went from 120k average to 170k average with lv9 talent, in this video is at lv10 talent) S3 is good but not necessary she cleared middle tower like nothing at S2 even S1 is just fine too, Genesis is fine but everything depends on your echoes stats, her signature weapon felt like 10%-15% more damage overall, good luck on whatever you decide

I have a few Questions. 1. If using Sanhua, what should be the minimal investment? Or can i simply use a lv 20 Sanhua with moonlight set and the lv 20 er sword? ( kind of like yuanwu with jinhsi) 2. I really want to know, what your teams for clearing the tower are. With 4 limited 5 stars, there are a lot of ways to slot them into the tower. E.g did you use Jinhsi or Changli in the middle tower? 3. For a lot of chars the intro skill does around 3% of the total dmg. Should i leave them at level 1? Or lv them to 3 or 5 for example since that doesnt cost a lot of waveplates. Thanks a lot in advance.

i think the only important part was getting the double intro onto Changli and the moonlit set buffs with sanhua. AH yes the most important part is how fast sanhua gets her concerto tho so Changli an retake the field. So in theory anyone who does that would be good. Sanhua only 1 i can think of but we could get someone that buffs skill dmg or smth with fast concerto generation
