As a former diabetic who was on insulin, you don’t inject it into your finger lol. Upper arms, lower abdomen, thighs or butt. Insulin that isn’t being used is also supposed to be stored in the refrigerator. She can’t even do that for lmfao. JOKE, she’s a damn joke. Edit: I feel like Salad’s sister may have gotten the insulin and needles for this heffa. The fact that she clearly has no idea what to do or how to administer the insulin seems pretty obvious that she didn’t see a doctor or pharmacist. Because they would have showed her and explained how and where to do the injection.

Excessive long term high blood sugars, glucose overloading her system... pours out into kidneys, which become damaged from all the sugar & trying to keep up the filtering. Furthermore, long term excessive blood sugars to a dangerous level, glucose w/ nowhere else to go.... your body starts eating its own MUSCLE! = tiny potential weight loss. Also, the extreme edema/swelling, she got a diuretic in the hospital iv likely, losing the fluid retention. She's delusional & 100% non compliant. Never forget, not one.. not two.. but THREE urgent situation emergency room visits due to hyperglycemic events... just since CHRISTMAS!!!! That's fkd. 26 yrs now as a diet controlled T2D (who used to be on a combo of three meds at max dose + insulin) I've never once been to an ER or had her levels of blood glucose readings! Then comes home & eats carb heavy soup made w/ high carb lentils (40g per cup!) sugar/carb filled carrots, etc. drinks full fat/sugar/carb milk in her tea... the fkng bread (don't get me started there) + high glycemic sugar/carb PEACHES?!?! I see people in the chat discussing her lab work and I'd like to elaborate. There's creatinine, which is a waste product from the kidneys and used to check kidney function (usually paired with BUN) and creatine kinase, which is an enzyme that is released into the bloodstream when the skeletal muscle, heart muscle, or brain sustain damage. When creatine kinase is processed through the kidneys, it becomes creatinine. It would be more likely that she's referring to creatinine, as that is part of the basic and complete metabolic panel which are pretty standard lab panels in the hospital.

They typically don't like to put IVs in the hands because the veins are closer to the surface of the skin and they are a bit smaller. It becomes very painful very quickly to push even saline. Not if, but when, my veins blow in my forearms, they go for my hands next. After my hands have had it, they call in the IV team with the sonogram to place a midline. Not as painful as you'd think and the veins are much bigger there so they can push a lot more meds and fluids a lot faster. But she's got beef curtains for arms, so I bet they wouldn't be able to place a midline on her. Damn, that would suck.

So sorry for the story, she just angers me whining over health issues SHE’S brought onto herself while people like me haven’t asked for our health issues and are trying to fight through them. She’s got some freaking nerve. She truly thinks she’s untouchable and that nothing bad is going to happen to her. She has done all this to herself and does absolutely NOTHING to even attempt to change anything. Meanwhile, there’s thousands of people who are suffering from some of the same issues or worse issues that haven’t done it to themselves and have been trying their hardest to fix or maintain it the best they can. I have had recurring bladder infections and kidney stones for the last 6 years. Every time I have had stones, they’ve had to go in and break them up with a lazer because they were too big to pass on their own and then had stents put in place to prevent the ureter from collapsing in on itself. The last 3 infection ended up in my bloodstream and caused sepsis. The last infection was about two years ago and almost killed me. I went into emerg and while sitting there waiting, I started to get delusional and had no idea where I was. I didn’t even know who my husband was. They called code and rushed me to a medical room. I had several nurses, ambulance attendants and doctors rush into help get me on the stretcher. One nurse touched me and said “omg she’s on fire”. My husband had to leave and we both thought that was the last time we’d see each other. I’m so thankful to all those who rushed in and acted fast to save me. I did nothing to cause any of those infections and I have followed all the advice from every doctor I’ve seen and yet I have to fight through it all. She has done everything to cause her infection and makes a joke out of it and also has the audacity to monetize poor health. It’s sickening. I ended up having to go to the hospital twice last week due to another bladder infection. Just finished my antibiotics two days ago. I’m also dealing with several other serious health issues currently and the doctors have no clue what’s causing them. So seeing her pull this crap and then whine and cry for sympathy and pity makes my blood boil.

I posted on video today to document my getting my mobility back .. noticed how bad the weight gain is since ending up in a wheelchair last yr.. now my goal is to get my mobility back and lose 60 - 65 lbs... She 100% had to have also gotten some Lasix, which is a diuretic ,in the hospital, which can be for kidney and or CHF,- she was soooooo freaking bloated looking just 2 days ago, im sure she also was treated for her high blood sugar as well, but I don't think you lose 17kg's in two days just from eating a controlled hospital diet..It makes people feel more sympathetic (not us lol) when "ive lost so much weight because ive been so sick", other than "I lost so much fluid because they gave a bunch of Lasix". lol

The fact she wanted the insulin is crazy to me. That's the last resort. I was prescribed metformin when i was diagnosed but never took it. I changed my diet, lost 7 stone, and then had WLS and lost anither 6 stone. The diabetes is gone, and i look and feel better than i ever did in my life. She really is Leaving Las Vegas, so ingrained is her need to gorge that she's willingly giving up her life for it. I was a drug addict before the food and this woman is worse than any other crack or heroin junkie i ever knocked around with. It's so pathetic. Beggars belief really.

bikeshop person here- they rarely manufacture bikes for peole over 100kg. Average Bikes are equipped to deal with 130kg - thats a rider and their luggage. We are building custom bikes with thicker spokes, tougher rims and super sturdy frames. People tend to improve when riding bikes. Even an EBike would help her movement. But ey, what do I care. Im a skinny fat, love my cats, spoil my kid and try to help others..... Nothing Chins could ever be
