There was a huge investigation it turns out she actually was groomed from the time she was 17 looking to go to ble training. And even after getting to her station, she would have been relegated her entire life to desk jockey work. Something else here that's not mentioned in any of the Articles because most people don't think about it or even realize this is something that's taken into consideration, but if you get turned down the first time you apply to a police department you're basically never going to get to be a cop. So yeah.. she was definitely grooming pretty much forced into this unless you wanted to be a security cop the rest of her life. I still think she should have gone to the news or someone about this or the fbi, but.. she still technically is a real deal victim since she was legitimately groomed at all even if you overlook everything after she got to her station she was still by definition groomed as a child

Don't let the BS claim that the city's "insurance" is paying that settlement either. That's tax payer dollars. I personally looked at the cities financial reports to find out who they're insured by. Their insurance is partly funded from TML (Tennessee Municipal League) where the city (taxpayers) pay an annual premium into the insurance pool, as well as member premiums. You can't convince me that isn't mostly taxpayer dollars.
@jamesfoss16279 ай бұрын

Why worry about the cost and quality of healthcare because its "free" as long as everyone else pays their taxes.
@jacobbellamy76409 ай бұрын
There's a bit more nuance to it too. Insurance companies have to pull in more money than they pay out to be fiscally viable and so the cost of insurance is dictated strongly by how often claims are made and for how much. If the number of big claims starts to increase by a lot then even a customer who has been paying for it for a decade and never made a claim will have to start paying more. When it comes to if taxpayer money paid for it or not, it gets murky for any public entity that has multiple revenue streams because its all ultimately lumped together as a $ figure that they have access to. Its utterly misleading BS to claim that something wasn't paid for by taxes but was instead paid for by a repossessed car of a drug dealer or whatever.

Technically they aren't lying because she *was* the only *female* cop fired since all the other cops fired were men; but it seems too conveniently ambiguous to be accidental.

It's an underappreciated cancer which feminism wrought on the west, though there were many. One of which is that women almost universally all vote leftist, so all democrats for example. If you took all the men out of the USA, every state would vote blue. Same goes for blacks. But as you say another is women entering the workforce with men, which was one of the key deathblows for the institution of marriage, as it promulgated a never seen before rise in infidelity and adultery, especially when combined with no-fault divorce and general promotion of sexual degeneracy that the feminists espoused.

@@btchiaintkidding7837The sad part is there was probably no loophole or even a law to be quoted to justify the settlement. Our government offices are full of "elected officials" that tend to interpret what is and is not okay according to their own personal morals (which are always very lacking) instead of according to the law. Same with the ruling in New York state against Trump. He hasn't broken any of their laws yet they still ruled against him. The judge in that case is even on camera in his local gym chumming it up with an undercover reporter saying "I'll do anything to get those MAGA people out of the state." As for this case in Tennessee state with the officers. They settled outside of court for $500k to avoid going to court which could cost the city more and could still result in a biased jury ruling according to their feelings instead of law... so sadly they probably thought it was more efficient to simply pay her out rather than serve justice.
