Curious if this lady has ever seen an actual Orthopedic doctor or had an MRI. As someone who has blown out their L4/L5 disk twice, she’s describing pain very closely associated to that. And having those steroid epidural injections is like a first step to trying to heal that injury before having a possible microdisectomy or fusion. If she does have an actual blown disk and her sciatic nerve is being pinched causing the pain (which for many ppl can be lived with for a long time but never goes away) all the chiro work might feel good and give that good gas release/bone cracking feeling, but tomorrow her back pain will still be there. Just food for thought if the lady reads this.

Stretch and strengthen. Dropping down in weight would definitely help her journey to less pain. It's easy to make excuses when you are injured. I can't run or walk far because of ruptured disc so I bought a recumbent bike to do my cardio.

Get in to see a chiropractor! I wish I did that while I was younger (I'm 49). Getting a good pair of shoes is also key. If you like his techniques, you need to find someone in your area that does the same techniques. I had to go through 13 before finding the perfect one.
