[Todays Recipe👨🏻🍳]
1. Sangchutwigim
2. Squid & Vegetable Twigim (Prepare separately as the batter is different)
① Mix 2/3 cup of tempura flour with 3/4 cup of water, then add 1 beaten egg.
② Finely chop the carrot, onion, and green onion, making about 2 tablespoons of each.
③ Add the chopped vegetables to the batter and stir well.
④ Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces.
★Do not chop too finely; keep some texture.
⑤ Mix the batter, vegetables, and squid until well combined.
⑥ Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan to 180°C (350°F).
Scoop the batter with a spoon and fry it in round shapes until golden brown.
