This looks like something my Grandma would've worn, and I mean this in the nicest way possible. She was gorgeous. She wore cardigans like this with short skirts, lots of jewelry, and sinched suit jackets with matching pants. Thank you for this look, it brought up a lot of fond, sunny memories of her taking me to the candy store across the street; overdressed and beautiful as the flowers in her garden.

The skirt is too short. It looks like you are wearing just a cardigan with a ruffled bottom. The skirt needs to be 3-4” longer so you can see the entire pleat and a bit of the skirt.

You say the blue doesn’t match, but it’s actually perfect thanks to color theory. It’s a triad color scheme, more specifically the primary color scheme. Since red, yellow, and blue are equidistant from each other on the color wheel, they often make for a very good combination for outfits and cartoon character designs (pay attention the next time you watch an anime/cartoon or play a video game, many main characters have it in order to draw attention to them since they’re the “primary character”. Think luffy from one piece -yellow hat, red vest, blue pants- or Ed and Al from FMA -yellow hair and red jacket for Ed, combined with Al’s blueish silver armor- for example).
