Cat= toxoplasmosis = depression(mild to severe), cysts , miscarriage, detached retina, eye floaters(ocular),its congenital in cats and humans , headaches, flu like symptoms, loss of smell for litterbox,nerve twitches , Parkinsons ,,, cats shed one billion eggs in a week , and re-infect themselves, the micro eggs can live 2yrs in bleach water and still hatch , negative tests are inconclusive due to a long dormancy potential . Some studies Estimate 50% of the world is/was infected including dormancy cycle . 2 outdoor cats with a litterbox in a van , definitely been exposed , some immune systems will kill it (but getting re-exposed doesn’t help, it can form a cysts(dormancy) , or advance a wide variety of issues . Many animals have it (cook your meat& fish) , but cats are the only distribution system , sheds off of a shaking tail , hatches out of a litterbox after 1 day , or develops in the garbage can

So Theo, to stop the bags ripping in the car just put a sheet , tarp, or as I do when I forget to put something in , I just open the picnic blanket put the material side down and the waterproof side up ; leaving an extra bit on the door side you'll unload it from . That way you can drop the extra bit out the door so if anything spills ,they'll skid off & out onto the grass. Happy goat feeding !!!!!!! Your new loft banister looks fab 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 All the best for Bea's recovery , I hope she'll seek Gods grace & healing at this time , to bring her wholeness from this attack on her mental health. Love & prayers for you both. With appreciation to Ricky also. 🇭🇲🤗💞🙏💕👏👍✌🤗💞🙏

Personally I think Bea's heart is back in the UK with her family and friends. There is a huge difference between traveling around the world in a van knowing that at the end of a trip you are going back home to your loved ones. When you move to another country in a isolated area it does not matter how many chickens , goats , veg gardens you provide it does not stop the other person from missing home and loved ones. If this is the case then the best thing they can do is to turn the house into a rental return to the UK and continue with your travels and Bea will have peace of mind knowing she is returning back home to her loved ones. Not everyone can cope being isolated. Maybe I'm wrong but surely the big cities in Portugal could have treated her but she keeps going back to the UK which tells me one thing blood is thicker than water.
@nataliewilliams35192 жыл бұрын
I agree. She might say she wants to be in Portugal, but is that really true? I think the whole situation needs to be looked at properly, not just what Bea thinks Theo wants, women do that a lot with the people they love. Look deeper or this will keep on happening

Bee and Theo are intelligent, thoughtful people. Bee's illness is a big challenge which apparently they are handling well. Everybody misses their family when they are away. So what can one do? You should consider getting some portable fencing for the goats so you can periodically move it around the property and shepherd them from the permanent pen to browse in the portable fencing area during the day. That would give them some interesting change of terrain and diet, and they would gradually clean up the property.

Sorry to hear Bea isn’t doing great again. I hope she’s feeling back on her game very soon and can come back to continue on with your projects! Also, sorry to be “That person” but, I just wanted to mention to you about the goats grain… they are ruminants and can suffer something called acidosis, which is basically grain poisoning. It happens when they overeat grain, because they’re greedy and don’t graze slowly like other livestock. The grain releases carbs and rapidly ferments in their rumen, so doesn’t get digested properly. The bacteria build up causes lactic acid production which then causes severe dehydration and can easily lead to them dying, without showing any symptoms. The pellet style feed is always high in protein and should be fed sparingly…. We give ours approx 1/2 mug full each in the winter and plenty of fresh Timothy hay. In the other seasons they only have what they graze on in thier paddocks. They really only need good quality forage and grain supplemented diets when it’s colder and there isn’t much to graze on in the paddocks. I’d be so gutted to see something like that happen to one of your herd, when you’re only feeding them out of love for them. Happy to hear you found the issue with Matild! I imagine that was pretty painful for her…. It’s awful having even a tiny piece of something stuck between your teeth, so can only imagine something that huge! 😮 Take care Theo, you’re a trooper and work so hard, hope you manage to find some time to relax and maybe get some time to swim in the lake too. You deserve it!

VAIKE Silla Talu, thank you for your outstanding informational text. May Theo read it--- Please Theo-----know this also: Theo, when folks realize what it is that Bee is experiencing, their understanding, and EMPATHY for you, dear man, may be more understanding. So I am passing the info around to diff people. "Bee suffers from a "Mood Disorder"--PMDD is commonly defined as an endocrine disorder, meaning that it is a hormone-related disorder. But as well as physical symptoms, people with PMDD also experience a range of different mental health symptoms such as depression, suicidal feelings, and anxiety. SSRI's Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors are prescribed as an anti-depressant. With psychotropic meds the chemical result is usually helpful. These drugs, SSRI type are prescribed for the depression of bipolar disorder".
