WOW! I never appreciated my curls but your videos have opened my eyes to what my hair really looks like. My mom straighten my hair with a relaxer since my 8th birthday. I continue to straighten but now with the keratin. Now I'm concidering the natural look. I've always thought that natural is healthier but more time consuming, but your products and technich make look so simple.

How long under the hooded dryer? I try not to use any heat on my hair. Also, is this hot/warm/cool air?

Warm to hot air, make sure all parts of your hair are evenly dried

If my hair is dry after applying henna, should I wait to use your products due to the aloe vera high in the ingredients? Also, if hair is dry, is it best to use the leave in with the SET mousse even though normally you consider the mousse hydrating enough on its own?

If your hair is dry after a henna, try our Cleansed shampoo and follow up with Indulge conditioner to regain moisture in hair. Last step, apply Set mousse to styler, no leave in needed since one is formulated in it already :)
