Hola Carlos Amigo - Is the Cachapa similar to an Indian Pancake ( Dosa ) with the key difference being the use of corn v’s rice . So cachapa with cheese might be a tad decadent but would hit the sweet spot similar to a Cheese Dosa 👍 Ok as I got into the Vlog - the type of cheese used in the Cachapas also matters . I am surprised as a cheaper cheese used in a cachapa should be cheaper - right ? Whoa so they use some kind of barter system - Fab 👍 This was a small yet unique and fab Vlog - Much love and respect from Mumbai 👍👍🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

Honestly that would not fit into the cachapa only as a side food! If you add something over the cachapa would be a little bit of butter and cheese! But for me I would eat it with avocado on the side of the plate! My venezuelan people love arepas or empanadas with "malta" (a sweet non-acloholic soda made from barley) Me I prefer cachapa with papelon (sugar cane juice with lemon)! I've never had anything like that, I wonder what it would be like with some good chorizo and maybe some diced pickled jalapenos in with the cheese.
