I look forward to your videos every week, even though it makes me sad to see them, I suffer from Fibromyalgia and I am prevented from doing so many things that your videos inspire me, I suffer from obesity, depression, high cholesterol, diabetes, and I have a problem hip and spine since in November I fell and since then I suffer from intense pain. Watching your videos makes me happy, but it also makes me sad not to be able to move like you do, such a productive, creative, and strong woman. I hope you never leave KZbin! You don’t suffer from obesity and diabetes can be put into remission by cutting your calories by quite a bit each day. Not easy and depression is a truly awful condition. But you have choice, your health is in your hands. You have total control of what you put in your mouth. You can make big improvements I believe in you. You are stronger than you know. You deserve to be healthy and happy.

I have some of the same issues this lady mentioned, and let me inform you ma'am, that you are sadly mistaken in your judgment. Everyone who is obese doesn't necessarily sit around all the time stuffing themselves with junk to become that way. It is a REAL illness. I myself, suffer with Hashimoto's, PCOS, limited mobility with extreme left side weakness that limits my mobility due to 2 back surgeries, that happened way before my Hashimoto's was diagnosed and I wasn't in as bad of health as I am now. I am 48 and health conditions play a HUGE role in how our bodies react, regardless of how much we try to maintain healthy lifestyles. So please reconsider nasty negative comments when you don't know the whole story.

Cutting calories alone may help a little but really it's hormones such as cortisol that makes it hard to loose weight. I Know this first hand and also have Hashimoto's. Switching to a Paleo diet can really work wonders not only with weight issues but with hormones and autoimmune conditions (fibromyalgia is an autoimmune condition). People with autoimmune conditions have went into remission just eating a paleo based diet.. hope this is helpful. I know how frustrating limitations can be. 🙏

Oh Mary, your update to the she shed is so inviting and cozy, I love all the extra added touches, like the lavender pot creation, the candle and the rug. I think I would want to start off every morning in the she shed sipping my coffee just listening to the pond and the birds, what a great way to start the day. What a beautiful "she shed" its exquistly set in the most fairy tale looking area. The lawn looking very healthy and lush, the wee waterfall, fountain background noises to the birds, is like a meditation or just relaxing area. So tranquil. Having the wee cottage like shed all in white with so many lovely windows is so clean, delicate, inviting, all your chosen furniture and decor pieces set it off so well. You must be so proud of it. It's the perfect spot to relax - I do hope you spend lots of time in it, its really very charming! Absolutly beautiful, like taking a step back in time and just being. 💕

Just as an aside, when I was a young girl, my grandmother would have me pick from her side yard handfuls of Lily-of-the-Valley and place them in her favorite crystal vase.
