Western/northern Europe is extremely clean. I had high expectations for America because of the movies but it was such a dissapointment in every city I went to. It was smelly, run down and had a lot of homeless people. Especially Manhattan smelled awful. Steam came out of gullies! Also the food is basically garbage, those people ate garbage every day! If I had read your comment before visiting USA, I wouldn't have believed you... Not to be mean, USA is still better than the majority of other countries.
