I've seen hormone replacement of Estrogen and estrogen cream (even placed right on the scalp) do some marked difference on an alopecia scalp on many occasions. , tbh. Maybe sometimes it's a hormone imbalance in some women?

I want people to know, i didn't do any perms or dying, or hot irons or any of that stuff my whole life & i still lost a lot of my hair. I have huge gaps. It's from Stress & hitting over the 50 mark. Tbh completely honest she should just shave the remaining hair she has left off and just get wigs…. She wears them anyway. Her hair is very thin it’s just gon get thinner until there’s nothing left. She most likely has a family history of alopecia either on her mom or dad side of the family.
