I had frozen shoulder over 10 years ago due to accident. It was painful. I was determined to cure myself. Every morning I stretched both my arms using a door pull up exercise bar. A little by little not too strenuous but consistent. It took several weeks for the pain to go away. Now I have the habit of hanging up the bar like a monkey. 😂

I got rid of my two-year-old frozen should with my own version of Paida Lajin. It is basically slapping your body very hard. Every morning I would slap my shoulder joints, upper arms, shoulder back very hard, for a few minutes. Worked wonders. Whew! 😅

Frozen shoulder has 3 Stages.1.Freezing 2.Frozen 3.Thawing In the first stage pain is felt even at rest.zin the second stage pain is felt only on attempted movement.And in the third stage there is no pain even at movement.I think the patient treated is in the first stage and is cured temporarily.However it will be so satisfying if such a result is possible only with cervical manipulation.

Dear sir AOA thank you for the technical elaboration of the situation. I request the local physiotherapy people to do this technique on local people. There seems to be no rocket science in this technique, at least it gives some relief from the pain,which is usually very disturbing.once pain is reduced patient can do some excercise to restore the normal range of movement. Dear physio people kindly think our of box.share your experience,by sharing our good experience we can reduce the patient pressure on hospitals+ we can also reduce the sufferings of the people. @@nakyab5520 Recently ( after about two years ) my pain came back ( not so badly ) though I immediately resorted to exercises and it’s better . My point is , one should avoid what aggravates it and keep doing light exercises to keep it at bay . Btw I am 64 and prone to doing house chores . Scrubbing , cleaning and my OCD habits aggravate the pain probably . 🙏 It took me a month probably to heal last time . I went though aggressive exercises recommended by the physiotherapist my doctor suggested . Don’t worry . It will go .

I've had frozen shoulder in both shoulders. I don't believe that worked. No way. I did find a fix, but it took a while. The physical therapy at a ortho clinic was a joke. I found a utube video that showed how to fix it. When you do the stretches, you have to push against the stretch at the end of the stretch. It takes time and a lot of work. The conventional PT didn't help at all. Steroid injections didn't help at all.
