Dee was one of the triggers that made Alma to be a killer actually. Early on in the show before joining the gardening club, Alma was sulking about it and Dee told her to be selfish for once to please herself. Alma probably took it to heart and that’s why she’s this way upon joining the clib

If you mean Scooter, he rushed to Dee tp help, but she said she was marrying Vern and Vern was happy to take care of the baby. So Scooter was happy to hear that and promised to keep in touch etc.

Nup, Alma was being extortioned by Isabel who asked money for some pics that involved Alma with the murders ...after she pays Isabel refuses to give away those pics "in case she needs to save Rita from jail" so Alma kills her and her hubby fakes a suicidal note
