Apparently it took loads of takes to do this because the actors, especially the Chinese lady couldn't stop laughing. Catherine added the "This is not my sandwich" line to the African guy because while they were in the canteen someone gave him the wrong sandwich so she thought it would be a good thing to say. You can see him struggling to keep a straight face.

I love Katherine Tate but I think this is a lame skit. Any of her skits as Lauren Cooper are infinitely better.
