Actually the Crown has acted against her so she has the right to challenge the Crown and if she has no way to fund it then the Crown must fund her. I am certainly no fan of hers but I am a fan of due process and justice for all, even for despicable people like her. The way to stop it is for a court to decide that she has no further right of appeal. In fact I believe that should be the case whenever citizenship is rescinded by the Home Secretary. That in itself should be final.

I don't think she would be idolized, in fact they would kill her for leaving the jihad if they had any power. I don't know about the UK law in particular, but as far as I know all the modern European and western laws stem from the Roman law where one of the purposes of punishment was to set an example and draw the line between what is acceptable and what's not acceptable behavior in the society.

A certain percent of those people have now found out that ISIS failed to provide them with a nice house to live in so they're stuck in a camp with thousands of others. This system of endlessly appealling judgments is ridiculous. Either a judge has the duty to express their verdict on a case or they don't. If there was a mistake or there is new evidence ok, but then only one appeal. Not a new appeal every time the lawyers wants.
