This is one of the most brilliant videos I’ve ever seen. I’m tired of people saying that pickleball takes no athleticism or that Ben isn’t that athletic.. I’ll never understand it

One of the best videos out there. Love the side by side comps of pros and different level amateurs, and also the training drill snippets. Thanks, man.

Good observations. Ben and Fed always looked so smooth and effortless and this video breaks down how and why they look like that

Excellent presentation, thanks! Contrasting successful and unsuccessful footwork side-by-side really showcases it's importance. Will definitely film myself and correct my no doubt many inefficiencies.

For tip 1, do you think your leg reach/height can affect how many steps you do before you hit the return? I’m a short person I don’t have that reach like those guys
@sheaunderwood6 ай бұрын
Perhaps! I’m around the same height as Fed but he takes 2 where I take 1. A lot of it comes down to how explosive you are.

If you look at your form at 1:17 you are exactly the same as Ben Johns, yet you say there is a difference. Also, at 2:34 you put yourself down but should not have done that. Notice the serve is deep, almost on the baseline, and it has topspin. You are back against the fence which does not allow you to set up for the proper footwork. Good video!

I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. (Luke 13:5) Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. (Matthew 7:13-14) And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. (Revelation of John 20:15)
