I don’t watch the French whisperer, I listen to him to go to sleep, (The light in my eyes and serotonin production etc.) I was kept awake briefly by laughing inwardly at the in and out salmon and the flying chicken, lol. But I was surprised at how easy it was to become a chicken, lol! Later when it was just the names of stars and purring, it was one of the best sleep inducers and re-sleepers, (I wake up multiple times a night) that I’ve listened to. His voice and the purring was purrrfect!

I listened to this while taking a nap to sleep off a cold, and just as I was drifting off and hearing, “Salmon ... salmon ... cat ... salmon ... cat ... salmon,” my cat leapt upon my bed and shrieked, “Why do you keep feeding me that Fancy feast dreck when I could be flying on clouds like the Sheba cat?!?!?!” I am both relaxed and sleeping with a can of defensive Sheba under my pillow.
