Dude the actual app for phone has a small area that's free and I use the category "Anxiety and Depression" it will help you meditate with some very relaxing videos :3 I suffer from Anxiety and Depression and I have gotten help but from a professional. And my anxiety is strongest at night so just a little advice you should try to get the app :3 it may help friend.
