A positive and lengthy guided meditation to listen as you sleep, to help with anxiety, negative thinking, overthinking and insomnia.
This guided meditation is made up of four of my most popular videos and has been mixed by popular demand for a longer session.

🌞🌞This is one of the best meditations I've ever heard. I've been struggling with anxiety attacks/worry/fear/and panic since early 2020. I've been suicidal on and off since middle school. I'm 22 now. I've listened to ALOT of meditations and this is one of my FAVORITE ones I've found this year. God bless you sir for helping so many who struggling out there with just peaceful background noise/music and your words of life. ☺️☺️

You stay strong, sweetheart! You're so young to be having these kinds of problems! I've been through all of them & still have some. But those intense panic attacks have, thank God, been gone for several yrs. You'll get there sweetie, I'm always here to help in any way I can. ❤

I struggled with insomnia sense I was 30 years old,I am now 55 it has gotten worse I prayed every night to have a goodnight sleep 💤 i have found your voice so soothing and calm thank you I appreciate it.3:30 am trying fall back to sleep.

Clear your mind. Listen to the track at a low volume. Focus on your breaths going in and out and nothing else..you will fall asleep For further instruction go watch "Spiritual Reality"(English) on KZbin

Six months of insomnia where I’m lucky to get more than an hour or two of sleep before I found this video, a month later and I still haven’t made it past the countdown before falling asleep until morning.

After listening to this last night I finally feel that there is hope for me. Feeling totally broken and at the point of ending my life I came upon your meditation. It resonated with me. The heavy blackness has lifted. Today feels like a new beginning and I’m now ready to take those first steps. Of course I will continue to listen to this as it is my life line. I'm in the hospital with my father.. he has internal bleeding and they haven't been able to pin point just where it's coming from. Right now im laying in the bed next to his and I'm thankful for youtube now more then ever

I struggle with severe chronic pain and anxiety. Your videos are the only ones I have found that work for me. The music, your calm, your voice and your content are all on point. Thank you for the relief.

I’ve had Degenerative Chronic Pain for over 25 years now, it’s from my Lower Back to my toes, & ever bones in between, including the depression, anxiety, negative thoughts, bla, bla, bla that comes from living in Chronic Pain. Several years ago now I did a 3 month Pain Management Program where I discovered the benefits of Mindfulness & Self-Hypnosis. I still do a min of 1 Mindful Self-Hypnosis Body Scan a day and it has made a huge, positive, difference to my life and how I live with my CP. If you haven’t heard of or tried Mindfulness then can I suggest you give it a try and if possible do it along with this excellent sleep Self-Hypnosis each night, honestly it’s hard to put into words but it makes me feel lighter, quieter, peaceful, more accepting of my physical limitations, it’s like I’m at peace with not only myself but also with my Pain & life is just lighter & brighter 😊

@@MeditationVacation I think it is the counting down to relaxation and your calming voice... By the time I hear you say 2 I am already a sleep and the best part is that I wake up rested and cheerful. Thanks again 🙏🏻

I used to think these were ridiculous and the people who were using them were all just weirdo hippy trippy folks that were already into that type of thing (each to there own) . However due to desperation and the fact that I was going to be awake anyway I thought I might as well put this on.3 months later I still listening and it's still helping .I know now that I will get atleast 3 hours sleep as when the video stops i wake up. I am not complaining as 3 is great and every time I feel like I'm getting better at 'it' whatever it is. Thank you

Due to anxiety and ptsd I struggle a lot to sleep and these help me so much. It’s currently 3:30am and I haven’t even felt the least bit tired even though I’ve been awake for nearly 24 hours and just turning on this meditation is making me drowsy. Thank you.

At times, your voice is drowned out by the music. Your voice is so soothing, I usually prefer no background music. Thank you for all you do!

I prefer no music also. And if you can keep the pauses as short as possible, that helps tremendously. You are amazing. Thank you for all that you do. This video has help me so much.

This is by far the best of the best in guided videos. I have numerous medical issues causing acute anxiety most days and nights and without these beautiful, empowering,loving,little helpers at night? I have a notoriously hard time falling asleep (at night) but this has been helping me relax and calm my mind. I used to listen to creepypastas as I fell asleep because the guy's voice was soothing but my husband didn't like it...plus the dreams were a bit weird. This workd much better and the long runtime makes it so I don't have to blind myself to restart it if I wake up.

I have listened and even written progressive relaxation scripts. Now I need someone else's more than ever. This is the best I've found yet. It's long enough to play into the night and that's what I need now with the depression I have now. Thank you for this so much. Your meditations have gotten me through a lot.

Phyllis Neri I'm in the same boat...it's just impossible to fall asleep; if nothing else I fear that the video might be interrupted for one reason or the other and that's enough to keep me from relaxing....I'm overwhelmed with a lot; thus, hopeless I guess :-(

Thank you so much for this amazing, long guided meditation. I am often up at night caring for my little one, and every time I come back to my bed I have this continuity- positive, peaceful thoughts lulling me back to sleep. I've been using this at night for over a week and have noticed a difference. I find my personal relationships are easier to manage and my depression seems to be lifting. Brilliant work! I just want to say I truely appreciate you speaking the entire video! I've had the craziest time, trying to find this..it really irks me when its advertised that its a "spoken" or "guided meditation" and its always 20 min. Or less (spoken word) the rest is music or whatever..these videos are great, I have really enjoyed listening to (an sleeping to) every night!

Meditation Vacation I find they've really helped me deal with anxiety and stress issues if thats what you mean. some of your medititaions I find the music is a bit too loud, so it overpowers your voice. other than that they're great!

It's hard to explain . I fall asleep with your videos. Then sometimes I feel I'm floating around my room. And I always wake up at the end of the video. But I'm not sure i remember anything you said. But I feel better during the day. Thank you!

I prefer the music and sounds. The videos have been so helpful. But I tend to find myself always going back to the ones with the music in the background.

I’ve just purchased a new mic, not sure what is going on with this one. It has become quieter the more I’ve used it and I’ve had to increase the gain. Looking to make a long meditation soon. Many thanks lee😉👍

Meditation Vacation this was awesome! I was awake at 2am, couldn’t go back to sleep, and I found your video! Also did a little bit of lucid dreaming that I didn’t immediately wake up for. Told some people in my dream, hey I’m dreaming so it doesn’t matter what I do here!!

I had 3 separate nightmares after falling asleep to this. I had a dream I was opening my cupboard and a ghost girls face popped out at me, then I walked in my room and a ghost figure was standing there with its hands up. I forget why I woke up the 3rd time but I was frightened on all 3 occasions however I woke up noticeably more confident. for example I never comment on videos but today I had some extra energy it seems like along with more of a desire to do things.

Meditation Vacation This one was fabulous and I really benefitted from the meditations for depression and anxiety. I tend to listen to one's with nature sounds particularly ocean waves. And Dragonfly is another favorite. Thank you for wonderful work!

Hey.. 😊I'm possibly the world's worst sleeper, simply cannot switch off my thoughts and listen to a lot of guided meditations both to talk me down from anxiety and to sleep.. I have to tell you that whilst I am fond of one or two channels, yours is the only one from which I regularly 'come to' and think to myself, wait, what, I'm in a forest? I was at a stream like, 2 seconds ago, because I've drifted off.. 😊 many thanks x

Some really soft parts near the beginning and the volume is low all through but the content is great and so relaxing.

Only listened to 20 mins of this and I gave up because I wasnt concentrating or sleeping. When I did end up sleep 2 hours later it was very brief I had sleep paralysis for a moment and woke up scared!
