I liked all the recipes. Just the Ragi roti could be improved. It a much easier recipe which even looks more appealing and very much like rotis/Phulkas. Except for Ragi roti, I liked all the others 👍

All the recipies can skip suji. With an alternative method, Ragi flour should be pre steamed without water on dry idli pan with dry cloth for 7 to 8 min in high range ( same as idli steaming).. on cooling lumps may be broken before cooking.

Lovely recipes of ragi. Instant ragi dosa has become my favorite. If we dont want to add soda in ragi appe recipe and ragi idli then for how many hours to keep the batter to ferment?
