Thank you soo much for explaining the basics. I have struggled to find informative info for shed hunting. Most videos just show what folks find. I don't hunt the animals so I think I'm missing the knowledge of the animal behavior but I enjoy walking in the forest (spring/summer) and finding sheds is like finding a treasure.

Great video! its April now i am going to look for elk antlers. We have a huge Elk herd here! but it is a wooded area . Should i look for them in the forest or out in the clear cuts ? Wish me a luck!

I have seen and found antalope horns but I’ve also seen them grow back so antalope might be different then the other goats

I have a few shed post o my channel plus a post on a stag lifetime of sheds & his final head where he has gone back due old age ! Rare has they always get shot before they can get to old age !
