I have followed you for a while. I've seen you remove - and replace fencing...and be very careful not to allow animals to get out while you're working. And I've seen you "improve" property while you're getting your shed removed. I appreciate your videos...and your professionalism.

You found it! When they drop these shed off they should keep track of the coordinates so if it needs to be picked up, the driver will know exactly where it is.

Most people don't read the rental agreements. Most have a clause that states that if you fail to pay, the company may reclaim their property by and reasonable means necessary. This gives the repo company the right to enter the land owner's property to retrieve the bank or rental company owned property.

When I was younger I use to help my dad repo mobile homes we found some snakes inside of one of the cement blocks I always used a short hoe to pull them out after that

It would be silly for the shed dealers to have a finance contract that does not allow repossessing the asset if it is behind a fence. I presume that it is also allowed to enter a locked gate to execute the repossession of a shed? By the way, congratulations on becoming self-employed! 🙂
