Shed Repo?
Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.
Here are a couple quotes we should live by:
Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it ... he who doesn't ... pays it. ― Albert Einstein
Live like no one else today, so you can live like no one else tomorrow. --Dave Ramsey
Thanks for watching
Have a great Day. Josh

It really amazes me that people will WAIT till the last second to empty a shed out. Not even move the stuff from around it either. You have TOP NOTCH work ethics making sure none of the customers property is damaged while doing a repo. Great job.

It is low life men mostly who honestly Probably used the wifed Credit Card to get the Shed and then refused to pay the bills. I was in business for many years and I have to say, I honestly met far more poor women left with all the bills and responsibilities while the men sit in Bars or at a Pool Table or gambling. I was in the Door to door sales back in the 1960's and it was nearly every time some man who skipped out or just would not pay the bills.

@@BitterDemo He may have used his wife's credit but if this had been on a credit card the shed wouldn't have been securing the loan. The only credit card I have ever had where the merchandise secured the debt was a Sears card and that was 40 years ago (did they actually repo alarm clocks, tools, clothes, extension cords, etc., I don't know as I paid the account on time and in full). The buggies and other toys, those probably went on a credit card (although the larger ATV dealers have access to credit programs similar to what a car dealer can access). I hope her husband didn't blow his money on bars, drugs, pool or other gambling and leave her stuck with bills that she can't pay. I know in marriage what is his is his and what is "hers" is actually his as well but don't screw her over.

I noticed the tire tracks on the backside of the shed where you moved the board that was laying across them-- like the Ford Ranger was parked there and then they moved it to the other side of the shed up against the the big barrel of trash. And I'd bet the truck with the trailer was normally parked right where you pulled the trailer out and it would have been an easy out if you could have pulled the trailer out the other side of the tree. Your wife is RIGHT, they were trying to make it impossible for you to get the shed out.

This is interesting, I can say that. Shed builders must really reinforce the floors in these so they don't come apart when they are moved like this. My shed was stick-built on site over 30 years ago (that was the standard then, you could actually buy pre-cut kits to do it yourself), it would never have held up to being moved like this. My uncle bought a pre-cut kit about 30 years ago, when they had a contractor come out to remodel his house the contractor actually said for what he paid for the kit they could have came out and built a much nicer shed.

I would like to recommend you both wear safety shoes to the job. With all the stuff laying around, stacked up high, and who knows where a nail waits to be stepped on, it might be a good idea. Not just steel caps for the toes, but steel plates in the soles too. Also maybe cut resistant gloves. Work clothes which offer more protection, with reflective patches when loading a shed on a road might be worth to be considered. People who see no need to clean out the shed and get all the stuff around it removed should be charged for the extra work and the risk for injury they inflict on you. They knew long enough about the repo. But i guess becoming subject of a repo has its reasons.

If a person has no respect for themselves, it’s no surprise they don’t respect others. I would be embarrassed to ever have anything repossessed. I don’t buy what I can’t afford. Never have. Never use credit. I worked in a bank loan dept long ago. There were people facing hardship who could not pay and if they agreed to credit counseling that included monitored spending, they got an entirely different treatment in terms of repayment. On the other hand, People who skipped out were fun to track down as they thought they were untouchable, or smarter than everyone else, entitled to steal from banks. But I would not as embarrassed over a repo as making someone else deal with my petty attitude towards someone I don’t even know. This couple knows it’s not personal. It can’t be. If the customers actually knew them, and they don’t, they would treat them much better. That’s the irony. If lenders keep lending to perpetual deadbeats, that’s their fault. But the repo staff has to face the customer. The lack of consideration and ethics is apparent in some of these videos. If someone’s carelessness and irresponsibility harms others involved in a repo, there are apparently no consequences, no accountability. That’s simply wrong. At least these videos expose the way some people live and care nothing about others. Being kind and considerate should, in a perfect world, have nothing to do with one’s ability to pay one’s financial obligations.

Seems like the people had an attitude. They had no intentions of being there when you arrived. Then they decided "if you want the shed, clean it out yourself!" That's lowdown dirty. You have all the equipment to make this easy. I would never thought of how you move these things. Good work. I learned a lot. Moving a shed is hard work, especially if you have to clean it out. I was waiting for a remote control.

Just a guy, his wife, and their mule out playing around! Nice job as usual. And also as usual, the deadbeats seem to go out of their way to make it as hard as possible. They don't know who they're dealing with though. I've said this before and it definitely applies here, but we all know full well they went out of their way to make it as easy and roomy as possible to get it maneuvered into place precisely where they wanted it on delivery day. Honestly, who screws a truck hood to the side of a building? Maybe it's just me, but if I had a choice between selling the quads to be able to pay for the shed and having the quads' garage repossessed, knowing ahead of time that the quads will have to live outside from now on, I'd sell the quads. I'm still fairly confident that most of us would probably be able to work that equation out in our heads without having to take our shoes and socks off.

When I was a 18 I started working for my step father moving mobile homes. Even though they were just moves not repose, we seemed to have the same problem with people not being ready. We did move houses with everything still in it, but they would complain we are too early and haven't got things off the walls or secured the Cabinet doors. Things fall and they will try to blame the mover, but hes not responsible, he will advise. Although it dose take some time to get the skirting off, wheels on, and unblocked. Like you I see there is forever junk piled up against the house, and they had weeks to get it done, from the time they requested a move. I think also its just laziness too. In your case I can see what your wife said too.

nothing like having a second Monday in your week. But of course, you overcame the obstacles. You "always get your shed"...and look good doing it. I'm like all the others...I'm wishing your sweet lady would wear more substantial protective footwear - even cowboy boots would be more protection than sandals. Just the opportunity for walking through poison ivy would be a reason. But you guys certainly know what you're doing, so I'll just be thankful and keep watching! Well done, both of you!
