Hello, I have a question, since Sheehan Syndrome is essentially caused by the ischemia to the Pituitary Gland (as effect of lowered oxygenation) is there also an increased risk for developing Sheehan Syndrome if a patient has Sickle Cell Disease?

Yeah, the patient would be at increased risk of developing hypopituitarism due to pituitary infarction; but the terminology "Sheehan syndrome" is generally reserved for post partum pituitary infarction; as in associated with a history of PPH
