EXTREMELY OP Havoc Build Makes Remnant 2 Apocalypse EASY MODE

For anyone who might want a build like this but hasn’t beet the game on apocalypse, you can get havoc form from an 90 sec cooldown to an 18 second cooldown with, burden of the rebel, burden of the stargazer, Legacy protocol amulet, black pawn stamp, and ring of continuance(optional) for a very strong havoc build that can mow through bosses like the tree in under 30 seconds on survivor and about 3-4 skill charges on apocalypse.

Just be sure to also have the skill cooldown trait maxed or almost maxed for the full effect, I believe I did some testing with it and found a couple of other ways to trade duration or damage for even more cooldown surpassing the 75-80% hard cap up to around 90% which is about 10 seconds maybe even less under the best standards, using things like bolt driver and the ring that gives skill cooldown for weekspot hits can be a massive increase in its own

I've been running this for a while, and I have some changes worth considering: 1. Footwork increases your movement speed when firing in Havoc Form, allowing you to zip around and rely less on your dodge, which in turn lengthens skill uptime. HIGHLY recommended. 2. Unless you're fighting a boss where spamming Havoc Form isn't viable, I don't really see the need for Medium armor. Go Heavy so you can take more hits, there is no Stamina consumption in Havoc Form. 3. In line with 2, Burden of the Gambler is a excellent ring if you're barely out of Havoc Form. The skill can't hit weakspots anyway and it doesn't disable your turret's ability to hit weakspots, so it's all upside in terms of damage and it helps keep Havoc Form uptime. 4. Mod/Skill Cast Speed affects attack speed in Havoc Form, so I recommend that Fragment. May or may not be worth a ring, jury's still out.

Great alternative build as always! Been following your builds since Outward! Just FYI as of Awaken King DLC, the Vulcan's not critting even once (not sure if its a bug or something). So I recommend to tweak MG24 Saw+Corrosive Mod (high ammo count,fire rate,crit) to get back the skill charges OR get the charges back when critting in Havoc. Nightweaver Grudge Amulet + Atonement Fold Ring is a must for insane crit hit almost or always. great for bullet economy too!

using this build also, I swap my amulet off to jester’s bell after I cast havoc for extra dmg. devouring always procs after two havocs but the boss is usually dead at that point. definitely works!👏🏼

I took off cat ring and put on soul link. Look at your health regn after that with the turret. That will open up a relic fragment where you can probably put more crit chance or elemental damage. And the typewriter shoots faster with more rounds.

I just made a build inspiring myself from a few different videos, running ritualist first class with the third skill for lifesteal and archon second class with the third skill because the build's based around it Then running kinship for negating the self damage of the ritualist skill, and being able to use firestorm which is a nice skill to have while you're in havoc form Also it's pretty easy to dodge away from firestorm in havoc form if you get caught Then for the rings I'm actually running full crit as believe it or not everything we're using can crit The burden ring that disables weakspots and gives a lot of crit, atonement fold for crit + activating nightweaver's grudge which we're running, prob cord for more dmg and then the devoured loop which very often resets both skills while you're still in havoc form This build is like an avatar build where you have fire, corrosion and shock all at the same time (but it's not miasma) It's pretty satisfying, try it

The problem with this build is that you need to beat the campaign on Apocalypse before you can make this build, so it won't help anyone who is struggling with Apocalypse to actually get through it.

@@lorddoma6637 If you're good at not dying, you can swap Black Cat Band for Burden of the Gambler (because that ring does crit and you want to be doing crits to get your skill back), and Tranquil Heart will always be active even while you are in havoc form. You can't use your Shielded Heart while you're in havoc form.

by extremly op he probably means an avearge build since this is missing a lot of damage and very hard to play normally. Havoc form is very nice but it's a lower difficulty build especially because geting hit in havoc means you have to quit havoc form and try again. I tested a similar build and it works great on tal ratha and the corpse ball but it has very problems on normal play or other bosses, especially when his gun does no damage

Surely Burden of the Gambler is better than Burden of the Destroyer? You can't hit weakspots with Havoc Form as far as I am aware and more crits means more consistent skill refreshes. Yes the turret and Nanoswarm can hit weakspots but Havoc Form is clearly the focus here and the damage increase that both offer are pretty much exactly the same. However you double your crit rate for your skills and mods which means double the consistency.

Depends on what you want to go with. If you want to take off black cat band then run both gambler and destroyer you will get a lot of damage. Otherwise Destroyer is better. Now again, you can use whatever you want, that's how this game is built. But Destroyer is more damage no matter what. Whereas the Destroyer is 5% more damage than destroyer every once in a while. I used Destroyer specifically because the overall damage was better more consistently.

@@SheenShots That's not how that works though. Gambler is crit damage and crit chance. Destroyer is basic damage increase. Crit damage is multiplicative whereas damage increases stack additively. Since you already have 60% damage increase (or more if I missed something) that 15% from Destroyer will be an effective 9.375% (going from 160% damage to 170%) damage increase. Whereas Gambler adds roughly 8.5% effective damage as well (math is a little more complicated here). Overall with how fast Havoc Form attacks the consistency of crits vs non crits should be negligible. You attack so many times that the there shouldn't be any streaks of bad luck like you can get with stuff like Sporebloom or other slow weapons. And it will make the Loop more consistent too (although idk how relevant that is tbh) Just thought I'd share the math behind it.

You need it in order to have the skill active infinitely. However the damage is still good and can end fights quickly with just two charges. use burden of the gambler instead of the devoured loop and it might still work very well.

I tried the build with hyper conductor and I found it too rng. It failed me many times by just not giving me skill back. What I found bit more consistent is havoc build around Nightweaver's grudge amulet. Almost all numbers I see are yellow now and skill is really coming back 9/10 times.

4:53 i have a question about this part of the video. Tal'Ratha has Thick Skin trait which reduces your crit chance by 10% and crit damage by 15%. Now, with engineer perk I have 10% skill crit chance and somehow the boss trait reduces havoc form's crit chance to 0%. From the video you can confirm that your havoc damage doesnt show any yellow number. However, somehow your turret is dealing crit damages which is refreshing your havoc cooldown even though the turret shares same 10% skill crit chance that should be negated by the boss trait. I have fought this boss more than 5 times to test it myself, and my turret didn't deal any crit damage and my havoc did not refresh with the devoured loop. Can you tell me what i'm missing here?

I hate to say this, but I am not sure lol. I just checked my recording and I didn't change anything in the build but you are correct. The turret is sometimes getting crit while havoc is not. I know with the acid rounds you can refresh it that way regardless because it ups crit on your gun. But I can't think of a reason why the turret would work separately like that.

Venom is a tough nut to crack. So in general for any build there are two ways to take him down. #1) Go for a lot of movements speed and run him around the building. Use overtime damage from stuff like acid and fire. #2) Stay close. Venom is highly aggressive which scares you away from him. But he will be much harder to dodge at medium range. So stay close and dodge towards him when he slams the ground. #3) Venom takes some practice for sure, but listen if you are using the engineer turret it can deal a lot of damage when in the center of the arena. Hopefully these help. Trust me, Venom is usually the road block for me and many other players.

Yes, but because the skill really doesn't crit all that much your overall damage is better with the destroyer. This was my conclusion after personally testing with both. But both work.

This does still work, though not quite as reliably as before. You have to rely on much more crit chance now. Try this: Invoker primary Archon secondary Amulet: Jesters bell Ring 1: Braided thorns Ring 2: Burden of the gambler Ring 3: Devoured Loop Ring 4: Token of Favor Gun 1: Monolith Gun 2: Nebula If it still does not work, replacing the devoured loop with sapphire dreamstone will work instead.

Was running Archon havoc build but sadly havoc form crashes the game on Xbox about 98% of the time. Plus nebulas weapon mod also crashes the game on Xbox. So yeah waiting for this bug to get fixed before running Archon and or nebula.

Not to correct you but if we already have long cooldown why would we waste points in Expertise the goal as you said for the build is relying on "crit chance" to reset skills so reducing skill cooldown is pointless. Your better off using Glutton for emergency shields. Just a thought not trying to sound rude. 🧠

I did actually test this and the results were pretty consistent. Destroyer offers 5% less damage overall than gambler, but for destroyer you always have the 15% bump. Whereas even with Gambler the Havoc does not crit nearly as often as it feels like it should. So to avoid the dependence on crit damage Destroyer is much more consistent. (Taking off cat ring for gambler would be the best damage option though)

From what I understand, healing effectiveness doesn't apply to life steal. However, if you are using a potion like root water for healing it will improve that making it much faster.

So the stats from each class will level up as you upgrade from level 1 to 10. They start out very low and by level 10 grant much high percentage boosts. It is likely your engineer is still lower level.

Fun build but it’s not at all always possible to use the Archon skill. Not always on. Especially not outside boss fights.

With this exact setup it comes back most of the time. Occasionally when out of boss fights you need to run without, but the turret and your guns are enough usually.

You can use Kinetic Cycle Stone in place of Stone of Continuance. Increases your cast speed will increase the fire rate of shooting lighting

Sapphire Dreamstone is an alternative. Not nearly as good but a consistent way of lowering your cooldown. Diverting heart relic as well

Note that Sapphire Dreamstone will not work for your engineer abilities (the turrets can proc cooldown for your other archetype, but not for the engineer)

I tested with that, but the skill doesn't crit often enough. So the destroyer ended up with more consistent damage.

I tried the build and it did NOT work at all. I had it down to a T and did not even come close to having infinite havoc. Not hating just makes no sense to me at all

It could be due to certain bosses. For a few of them they may have a more gimmicky way of fighting and crit might not proc enough.

Well mainly because the healing is great, but nothing like a free death hit. It's really helpful as it can be used quite often.

i think you should swap burden of the destroyer for burden of the gambler, lose weakspot dmg but gain 10% crit chance and 20% crit dmg

I did test this, and destroyer felt much better so I ran with it instead. Problem is the gambler ring doesn't offer enough crit chance for it to be consistent damage. Versus the destroyer which is flat 15% to every lightning bolt. Both work so use either, but that's how I felt after using them.

You can play the game again after beating it. Your statement is like saying "NG plus is useless in Souls games because you already beat the game." Some items are only available after the first run through thus allowing us to make interesting builds with them for further runs.

I feel like op is not really accurate. You have good dmg and mobility but you still need to be skillfull. However though it is very good

It'll depend on the person probably. I have played through the game several times so that definitely comes into play. But for the whole run I first tried nearly every boss and the teleport dodge is extremely good for avoiding attacks. Felt really good especially compared to what I expected.

Not even close. It's actually not even _that_ powerful. You do certainly feel like a god flying around blasting the shit out of everything. Really fun thing to do, get ADS movement speed from the trait, and while you're actually using the lightning attack, your movement speed increases proportionally to that trait.

Mostly bosses. You don’t get as much skill refresh with ads

It easily clears ads because this skill does quite a lot of damage. You won't have the skill active the entire time like we do in boss fights, but its amazing when its there.

I have been told it is pretty darn good with it actually. Don't have the amulet myself, but seems like a pretty good idea. Need to have a way of applying a status effect though.
