SHEEP HAVE NO GRASS !!! My first video 2024

I'm rusty at this content creating. This is my first video of 2024. It took a while to make and nearly as long to edit. I'm defo out of touch. We have blocked drain and using sewer rods I try to unblock it. The ram has sore feet. I buy a set of nail clippers and have a go at hoof trimming. Ivor is off school and lends a helping hand. Did I mention I we're outta grass?
I want to build an off-grid homestead in Northern Ireland where I will grow and feed my family with chemical free and full of nutrients-packed food on a daily basis. I want to create a healthy lifestyle that my three kids will look back on fondly and to a place they will eventually call home.

Good to see a new video Peter. You could convert a bit of pipe with wooden ends to make a longer feed trough to let your expanding flock feed at the same time. Next year you will maybe make some hay if the weather is good, would be a good video 😊

Hi Ruth, that's a good idea. I was cought off guard with the mild weather. The sheep wouldn't be getting meal if there was grass for them to eat! Once I get the chickens across the field this year I should have plenty of grass, making hay is an option the following year.
