EASY FIREWOOD cutting rack

Easy chainsaw rack to enable you to cut firewood faster and and safer the the cut move cut move method
I want to build an off-grid homestead in Northern Ireland where I will grow and feed my family with chemical free and full of nutrients-packed food on a daily basis. I want to create a healthy lifestyle that my three kids will look back on fondly and to a place they will eventually call home.

It's Important to have at least 1 good Wet earth. Better 2 - 3 in parallel earth's. A 10Amp solar panel works in the summer time fine. But in the winter isn't big enough. The 10 Amp solar panel is a handy size if you want to move your electric fencer around different paddocks. I have bought a larger solar panel for winter but haven't tested it yet. Buy the biggest solar panel you can afford. My theory is if a 10 Amp solar panel charges a 12 volt battery, a 20 - 30+ amp solar panel will definitely charge. I would mount another solar panel out at that corner strainer on top off it. Run a temporary extension lead out to it to test it. If it works well you can make a permanent wire out. 🎄 MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎄

Thanks for getting back to me TC. So can any copper cable carry the current from solar panel to the battery? I really haven't a clue about electricity. I'm going to look into getting a bigger solar panel and fix it on the corner post.

Peter, is the idea apart from saving time and standardised cuts that the bars protect you from the saw jumping back?

The rack would help avoid kickback from the saw too. I showed a bad example using a blunt chain, but it's in real time. If you watched the bit where I sharpened the chain again the guy i took the chain to told me one side was over sharpened.

The bars wouldn't protect you the pieces of wood cut above the chain as you go down would provide protection against kickback the bars hold the wood after its cut thanks
