Sheepskin Slippers; Why some are so cheap and how they cheat you

I set out to design the best sheepskin slippers in the world for myself and along the way, learned a lot about what not to do too. I was wondering how come our slipper scuffs costs so much to make until I learned why theirs were so cheap. Here are a lot of the ways low quality manufacturers of Sheepskin Slippers make their slippers look so good but fall apart so fast.

I bought these slippers last year and they are absolutely amazing. Got to scratch up the bottoms before you wear them or you will literally slip. Been buying from Saddleback for 15 years. I would never buy leather from anyone else. Simply the best around.

Just to make sure I understand you correctly, you are saying one of the reasons we have to pay you more for your shoes is so that your workers can have a better life, spend time with the family, go on vacation etc. while workers in other countries slave sixteen hours a day just to provide the basics for their families, making the similar products for cheaper.

Not similar - cheaper quality. Also, these overseas workers are exploited. You're not helping them. You're just helping yourself.

I was expecting like $70 up to even $100, but nope he's selling them for $149. Apparently it's not even made in the USA for that price. There's a huge markup over cost with that price.

I’m getting married in 2.5 weeks and I fully intend these to be my fiance’s wedding gift! Edit: the website says you all don’t ship to my region. I’m in Virginia, is this a client issue by any chance?

I don't like that sole. It is going to clank on wood floors. You should've gone with rubber bottom. I don't want to walk on $12.00.

Agreed, it's going to sound obnoxious on hardwood flooring and can be dangerous if the floor is wet.

No they don't, they just says "genuine" sheepskin. Only the suede they use is from 100% cowhide.
