All for these ice bath/saunas but the hygiene of the communal ones freaks me out. People here at Bondi beach are all sharing the ice baths in a morning on the beach and they’re not cleaned between! Imagine who got in before you hadn’t washed or has warts 😂😂❤ Loved the episode as always!

An American here who LOVES this series. Just a couple of things, though. It's Net-a-Portay (like a play on pret-a-porter). Never PortER. And Nike is Ny-Kee. Not. Nike like bike. US brands. I'll make sure we don't say things Like Harolds for Harrods :-) If you guys can do one of the hardest in the business: Loewe, you can do this! Yay!
