Me again, using Creo 7.0. Everything came out fine except the 90 degree dimension to open up the bracket. Every time I change it, I get an error and the Sketched Rip turn red on the design tree. I made sure to select all the correct References like you did.

Hi sir while changing the angle from 90 to 110 the surface becomes flat it is not moving as per your part.

Create without seam removes excess material which intersect the flat in first wall. but in Creo 5.0 i tried corner and bend relief no use. any other solution to solve

Sorry to say that this is not possible in Creo 4. This option is available only in higher version.

You will get that option inside the bend relief or corner relief I guess in creo 4.

You can only delete the strong dimension in creo parametric. You can hide the weak dimensions.
