Sheet Pan Enchiladas

This was so easy and fun to make! A twist on sheet pan lasagna! Just throw it in a bowl, mix it up and bake it on a sheet pan! That’s it! Thanks for watching! Cheers everyone!

I uses to be a cook professionally and would always make elaborate and expensive "restaurant quality" meals when I cooked at home and it got to the point i didn't want to cook anymore. Simple and delicious home cooking recipes from you @Oldscoolkevmo made cooking for the family in my time off fun and stressfree again and reminded it doesnt always nees to be expensive ingredients and everything from scratch, a few boxes and cans can save you a ton of time and are almost as good. Wow. I made shrimp and crab green sheet pan enchiladas the other day. I was craving seafood and Mexican food at the same time. So I sauteed some shrimp and crab meat then I added a big can of green enchilada sauce and sour cream to it. Then poured the mixture over corn chips on a sheet pan and sprinked Monterey cheese on top and baked it until the cheese was bubbly and golden brown.
