Wouldn't the same logic apply to the federal background check for buying a firearm considering that if a felon is banned from owning a firearm? I get these are two different things. One is a company that doesn't want to hire felons. Yet the government takes the exact philosophy and practice and says "we decide" well so did this company

If they succeed in suing Sheetz for doing criminal background for new hires, it will force all businesses to stop doing them... and then there will be no way to tell if you are hiring a child abuser, convicted murderer or some other wack job. I have been working recently as a Supervisor for a Sheetz in West Virginia outside of Chaleston. I left due to mismanagement, manager not wanting to give me my Faith days of observance off, lifting up and lessening duties of what sheetz refers to as "people of inclusion" excluding my religious request, elevating people of interest whether they want to work or not and one of his close friends who managed a local store was promoted to some position with HR and this guy's mother inlaw being the regional director soon, sewed up for management for to the regular employee a acute conflict of interest. WOW! Though it was just a job but not
