City council elections are every four years so the people want those representatives. Bigger issue is councils losing money from government, they've been squeezed by the Tories for 15 years so now the councils are having to cut and cut and cut services like street cleaning, bins, social housing and so on to try and pay for things they're legally required to fund like SEND kids in schools (which can take overwhelming majority of council funding for a very small percentage of kids). Councils around the UK have been suffering for well over a decade because taxes kept getting cut to please voters - and when services go to pot, nobody is willing to pay more to actually cover the costs and get things improved. Death spiral for public services.

Another interesting video , my guess on government policy- a nation of shopkeepers running off customers on benefits part of a social experiment to create a mixed community forced to live together on low income lifestyle , it's some sort of government vision for a global society without a common language, so together physically but in reality divided and isolated socially , but all one in front of the TV , it's good to see no aggressive conflicts which is why this ongoing documentary is important today to show how this multiculture thing is playing out in real life , top program 👍

I would love to know the current population of romanians in that area. We have thousands in my small town, and the streets are a dumping ground, they use public streets to strip cars, they raid the clothing donation bins, and then the bits they camt sell to cash for clothes they dump in streets, they hang all there clothes and rugs on public street lights, they fill streets during summer nights drinking, but they all have brand new cars through benefits.
