If there is anyway...I could ever speak with Sheila...I too...have a version and experienced a tragic and life impacting story..My Mom...my life will never be the same...but I love Jesus Christ...He is my everything. Sheila...you have been apart of my walk with Cbrist...for decade's. Thank you, for your love for the Lord and the body of Christ...you have a beautiful family...I'm 60 year's of age...and I relate to your story. God Bless the two of you! The body of Christ...had hope and healing to embrace.

Self care. I’m now a care giver to my father who was brutal to me as a girl. Narcissistic mother ruled the house and family …she’s still narcissistic. I’ve struggled with depression and now dissociative disorder as a result. Learning that self care, is actually more important than the care I give to my father. The Lord is sooo very good!!! He’s been with me thru my entire life and is now helping me see the truth. HIS TRUTH!!! It has set me free. All the lies my mother told my father about me were just that. He knows it now. All the lies she told me…LIES!!! I am not a mistake, seriously damaged flawed, unworthy of love or good things…ETC. Undoing all the damage, has been and will always be a struggle but PTL, I won’t give up. He guides me to His truth and I continue to be obedient to His will for my life. I’m feeling that His will begins with living in that truth as I care for me. Thank you Sheila for telling your story. I’ve seen you many times as I watch David Jeremiah.

@@thatguy1060 good question, everything left unanswered or everything that doesn’t entirely make sense in Christianity is answered fully in Islam. There are no contradictions, it’s truly a complete and purified religion.

@@Briannalangland That's a lot to talk about isn't it? We should all be seeking truth. There is another copy of this interview on KZbin with many comments and Christian testimonies. I do know of many once broken people who have been made whole through faith in Christ's love for each of us shown in his atonement for our sins by suffering and dying at the cross, and his resurrection. Brianna, we have all sinned against God. I have, and you have too. But God, our Heavenly Father loves us and sent His Son to save us. Jesus was punished for our sins as our substitute on the cross. He died, and then rose from the dead. Eternal life is a gift of God to all who believe in His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. This is the gospel (good news) 🙂✌
