But I'm wondering why people abuse you shiela...you have wisdom bambi.
@sunshinelove48474 жыл бұрын
Two reasons; projection (people abuse cause they have their own insecurities), the other is that some times context in which and how we meet people or relate varies; if you met her on a bad day maybe she is not the best, we all have those moments. We are human...

May you CONTINUE to rise to the highest. The people in your industry owe you a standing ovation fighting their wars. Bless..🙌🤞❤

Sheila thxx for taking your time to be a voice to what most ugandan employees are going thru. As a government worker in an administrative field, we last got salary increments 6 years ago. They only give priority to health workers, and judiciary each Time they talk about increments but at the end of day every one in an organization is purely important.

Thanks Sheilah, i know many employees are happy that you came out though they might pretend not be concerned to show that they are loyal to their bosses but the TRUTH remains the TRUTH. You were so passionate no doubt but you were let down. But trust me they can be pretend that they are not bothered but some actions will be taken gradually. This generation cant just dance to the rhythm we have to stand up

The problem with Ugandan bosses they look out for themselves. Under pay so they have fuller pockets for themselves. My mum was a teacher she told me her first ever teaching job she was only paid 20 thousand a month and sometimes they wouldn't even pay. Imagine .... but this was over 20 years I would have thought things have changed by now
