They only give priority to health workers, and judiciary each Time they talk about increments but at the end of day every one in an organization is purely important.

The problem with Ugandan bosses they look out for themselves. Under pay so they have fuller pockets for themselves. My mum was a teacher she told me her first ever teaching job she was only paid 20 thousand a month and sometimes they wouldn't even pay. Imagine .... but this was over 20 years I would have thought things have changed by now
