It is a one mile walk from where my Porto flight lands to the International Terminal in Zurich. An excellent Business Class flight home on SWISS who serves leisurely and offers wonderful food. Yes you have, Sasha but it all depends on the route and whether I can take advantage of SWISS. On United, I can get upgrades to Business more easily. Not on SWISS. 😱 How have you been?

I have enjoyed this series so much ! The SWISS flight appeared wonderful with delicious food. I've flown SWISS within Europe but not on an international flight. I'll have to try it sometime but I do stick with Delta partners so I'm usually on Delta, Air France or KLM going to Europe. Your series of videos of the Douro has been so very helpful in planning my next trip.

I managed to bag an upgrade on this seat a few years back. Swiss are a good airline and the highlight of transiting in ZRH is Heidi and the cow 😂

Glad you got a throne seat! A lot of airlines have started charging for seat assignments. Some J fares don't even come w/lounge access now!

I hate that! You buy a premium seat and then they nickel and dime you. At least I'm GOLD for life so I can always get into a Star Alliance Lounge. 👍

Sheila, happy you had a great flight on SWISS. Mine was on the same model aircraft, but the seat adjustment in business class was like an old old motor grinding out the seat adjustments, a 'mystery meal unidentifiable, and very pleasant attendnts who apologized for the food. I'll stick with United or Lufthansa, myself.

I’ve only flown Turkish once and that was during covid; believe it or not, in the uploaded video you can see they served boxed meals! Do you believe that?
