Tiffany Rayne But honestly, exercise is what our bodies were meant to do. It may be hard for some people, but saying it doesn't work for everyone is simply not true. When Shekinah hits 60 or 70, lets compare her body after lipo to someone the same age who worked out when they were her age. And I'm not talking about appearance. There is reason daily exercise is ALWAYS recommended even to the disabled and/or fit.

adrianne had her breast done, and then taken out thats like two surgeries right there, why is she so screaming about fear of going under lol. only a few people would love to go under surgery like their guest host, but i think for most people who end up getting a optional cosmetic procedure done, the desire out weighs the possible discomfort / fear probably with Adrienne experience. for me i have been under for surgery on my hand. so it is scary a bit , but lets say in the future i wanted bigger boobs, i would have to weigh between my fear and desire

she was referring to going under, for both procedures, unless you are doing some special liposuction, both need anesthesia. you will be knocked out for hours, which some people find scary but some are not phased by it like the guest host. i am not saying adrianne shouldn't be scared, its a scary procedure but i will say for most that end up getting optional surgery is because the desire is stronger than the fear. i am saying the fear is not uncommon. but the desire for the after result is why people end up doing like she did. so the fear is not enough to keep away is what i am saying. just like waxing it hurts no one likes it , except some few freaky people that like pain lol but the end result everyone loves. so desire is stronger than fear sometimes.

I love this show for its diversity! It's so good and so real. Every time they have someone extra on/a guest co-host it makes it that much greater. I do however hope that in the future there can/will be even more diversity in this beautiful panel... It's not just this show, but media in general. Please invite a co-host, just for once, that is of for example Arab... It's one thing to talk about all these things happening and another actually doing. Just a thought...

I like how Shekinah is being honest about her surgeries, but the healthiest way to loosing weight is through a good diet. I've lost a lot of weight in a period of 4 years. i've maintained my weight and the key is to be positive, enjoy a variety of food without over eating, always try the "healthy alternative", stay positive and drink lots of water. Im not going to lie, it was a struggle to get myself to be positive about letting go the love of my life kfc, but after eating a healthy balanced diet for about 3 weeks i realised that food should not be a source of comfort, it should just be thought of as fuel. some people got to realise that their body is a temple, take care of it. Do some light exercises, ride a damn bike, walk to your destination if its close by, do some yoga. just be active and positive.
