Let's look at word "heavy". Let's say you have four people: Carl (75 kg), Peter (70 kg), Andy (85 kg) and Chris (85 kg). Then Chris and Andy are the heaviest. Sure, only one point is the extreme (85 kg), but two people out of these four are the heaviest. Same applies to somebody being the worst. Two people CAN in fact be worst.
