In Brazil, spaghetti with hot dogs is veeeeeeery common. Kids eat this all the time, mainly on public schools, every wednesday is spaghetti and hot dogs day! And is a great "night snack" too! You can do it with ramen noodles, here we have a tomato ramen noodle, and then you just add the hot dog pieces on the pan, and done! You have this amazing food in like 5 minutes. (I must say it is not the healthiest foood, but it is sooooooooooo good.)

It's not bad if you don't want to make meat balls. Just throw some dogs, or even a sausage or two over a hot pan/grill, let them brown a bit, chop'em up and drown them in pasta and pasta sauce.
