Are you having fun blooming yet? Well, I had to try it! So I ordered some Australian Floetrol! You know, that curiosity thing. There is definitely a different - but mostly in the convenience of not having to mix several different ingredients. It just works!
I loved how the brown-red color looks metallic! The Phthalo blue and green just pop around it! For the tube paints I used 1/2 teaspoon to the pouring mixture - of the HGTV Sherwin Williams Base C (must be Base C or Deep Base - the other mixing bases are for more pastel colors) - 3 TBSP of that plus 1 TBSP of Minwax Polycrylic.
You know the only people who fail, or the ones that never try - to keep pouring! This technique is very challenging - believe me, i know!
