Plastic wrap should have been wrapped from the bottom up so that if it snowed or rained the water would roll down from top to bottom,... the way its rolled now will allow rain water to seep through everywhere.

My thoughts as well. Think of the order that shingles are installed on the roof of a house. Always from bottom up, so that they overlap properly, and water flows off the roof without getting under the shingles.

When you wrap, you're supposed to start at the bottom. The reason for that is that when the wrap goes around, it overlaps portion of the wrap below it. If you wrap from the top down, then you are overlapping the upper layer of wrap, which means water (if it rains) can get inside. BE WISE.

Красиво смотрится, когда внутри костер... И не важно, сверху вниз, или снизу вверх обматывал пленкой... главное - красиво! Мне кажется, стрейч-пленка прилипает сама к себе, и дождь (а уж тем более снег) внутрь укрытия не попадут.
