@@MEM-brain it's neither a bug nor a glitch--in Japan, the names are different: Boxer is named M.Bison, Claw guy is named Balrog, Final boss is named Vega. They switched the names when they brought the game to North America, because they were afraid Mike Tyson would sue them for having a boxer that looked like him named M.Bison, really similar to his real life name.
