You'll have to get Ryo and Fangmei's relationship good enough to the point where she calls him "Ryo-san" rather than "Hazuki-san". This can be done by talking to her a lot in free quest until she calls him that, but you have to pick the good options that don't upset her during your conversations. Or you can simply skip all that, and just fail the free battle at Man Mo Park where the Yellow Heads ambush you that can be triggered when you do the Chawan Sign at certain locations. This will give you an extra cutscene with Fangmei where she tells you to be more careful, and she'll call you "Ryo-san" then and you can trigger the scene. Then after you learn you have to search for Ren of Heavens from Zhang and get the cutscenes where you give Xiuying back the Wulinishu and where Joy gets mad at you for not staying at the Come Over Guest House, go back to the Man Mo Bistro and the event will trigger. However, if the skies aren't clear and its raining then it won't trigger. You can also get a scene where you get a picture taken with Fangmei if you go back to the backyard of Man Mo Temple after the Joy cutscene, which requires the same conditions as the event at the Man Mo Bistro. You may have to do the photo event before you can do the event at the Bistro although idk for sure.

Honestly, just get the PC port instead. I tried making this video years ago with an emulator and it kept crashing on me whenever I would get to the hobo and karate chopping the rock bit.

Very awesome that this video has all the QTE fails in the game... although I'm very disappointed that it has English voices, due to the fact that Yuan is censored.... Japanese voices are the best since the voice acting is 1000x better and Yuan is uncensored. The English Yuan is a annoying loud and ugly joke, while the original Japanese one is a sadistic intimidating freaky and awesome villain. I'm so pissed that most people play the stupid English dub....

Yeah that makes sense lol. Sorry if I was being rude.... I just like the uncensored version of the game a lot more. What's interesting about the QTE fails is that in the original Japanese Dreamcast version, the chainsaw deaths fade out to red instead of white. Unfortunately even with the Japanese voices on in the remaster they're still censored. Even I believe in the PS4 version released in Japan they're still censored since the other censorship are still present besides Yuan's gender.
