Shepherd's Hut Build- Slideshow

Here is a slideshow showing how I constructed our Shepherd's Hut. It has been a fairy long job. This is part 1 of 2, showing mainly external construction details. I'm hoping that you will find this interesting or useful, especially if you are thinking of building a hut yourself. I made it up while I went along really, so this is a (serious) DIY project.

Hi great video what sized and type of wood did you use for the frame thanks 👍

@@Willreed2872 It was tantalised 4"x 2" (47x100mm metric). This then allows 100mm insulation to sit between the inner and outer skins with a polythene Vapour barrier under the inside cladding. The curved roof beams were 6"x 2" from memory and were band-sawed into curves, the purlin at the top/ middle of the roof was also 6" x 2". Hope that helps......
