one of my favourites, and I haven't had it in so long. I love it both with minced lamb and beef. I don't think I've ever tried with minced chicken but I do love minced chicken. Looks excellent, the potatoes are perfection!

Spot on. I've never seen a shepherd herd chickens before. At a push call it chicken pie or even hotpot. I hate how people don't embrace or even understand the English language.
