Broken, dirty, disorganised and parenting failure. The boy obviously peed on himself and he played with his private part and suck his finger on the other hand then she served him food without washing both. He doesn't really use the spoon, he used his hands mostly. None of the parent bother and the boy keep on having different kind of allergies ever since he was a baby. There's water but to clean him up seemed to be the hardest job for the mom. Just one child and she can't keep up with the responsibilities, I wonder if they have more kid.
