Being feminine for me is treating myself well...shopping, maintenance (bubble baths, facials, manicures and pedicures, make up), and ensuring I’m happy and at my best at all times physically (dressing impeccable, exercise, and healthy meals) and mentally (walking away from negativity)... Also I wear heels they make me feel so ladylike even if I have to carry flats

There is a difference between being feminine and being kitsch. I learned a lot traveling to Korea. Though a lot of the women there have started being influenced by American style, many are very feminine without looking lolita. Also they have amazing skincare and makeup. Also, in terms of natural hair (someone asked)- non-black wealthy men are more likely to like your natural hair (exoticism). Also, believe it or not you can go very far by not being super available or nice (specifically to white wealthy men), because they are at the top level of all privilege and hear yes all day.

I love being looking feminine because it welcomes naturally but people mainly discuss the outer appearance when it comes to femininity. That's fine but a true high value woman has boundaries and non negotiables that she stands by and knows how to effectively communicate them. I would date guys so focused on behaving and looking feminine, communicating my boundaries was my downfall because I didnt want to upset someone.

I wanna make a recommendation of trying an oil cleanser instead of make up wipes. They are gentler on your skin and tend to work better. They literally melt makeup off. Then you follow up with a water based cleanser. You can get it in oil or balm form. Some good ones include DHC cleansing oil, Banila Co Cleaning Balm, Farmacy Green Clean Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm. I started double cleansing every night( oil cleanser followed by water based cleanser) and it made such a difference in my skin. Oil cleansers are also good for removing sunscreen.

@@taelahharris7154 You may have a sensitivity to a certain oil or fragrance. For example i can't use apricot oil so I avoid any oil cleansers with it. What sucks is skincare is alot of trial and error till you find what works. I used to avoid all Vitamin C products cuz they ALWAYS broke me out. I managed to find one company that has a formulation my skin can tolerate. I personally go for Korean and Japanese skin care. They are better formulated and cheaper than alot of stuff in Sephora. Also make sure you rinse it off well and follow up with a water base cleanser

You can wear cute flats/sandals etc. Heels aren't the only feminine shoes out there. And for manicures, try either painting them with normal nail polish (press on nails are recommended so that you don't spend a lot of time on making your nails & they are cheaper to maintain them than going to a salon every month, but if the glue doesn't work for you it's fine) or just keep them groomed & clean looking. There is always a way💓

I've been binging Shera's videos, and everything she talks about makes complete sense. However, it just seems like so much work. I'm naturally a tom boy, and love doing outdoorsy active things everyday. Without makeup and nice clothes, I'm simply "cute". Being feminine feels like an insane amount of work for me, I've attempted it multiple times over the years and I hate it. It doesn't make me happy for fulfilled. Also, playing the "game" is exhausting. I don't have to work much as I barely buy anything and live at home, and I'm fortunate enough to have college payed for etc. Do I just give up on love and men, and accept being alone? Lmao

I feel the exact same way at times. So thanks for bringing this up. What has helped me was starting small in transitioning into more feminine clothing. So if you like jeans switch it up at times and oneday wear a blouse that you like and thats feminine. And then in a few days do the same thing. As time goes on it gets easier. Its ways you can do it and still look feminine instead of wearing dresses and skirts nonstop. Start small, do not overload yourself.
@blackroze14712 жыл бұрын
Just remember that you don’t have to pull out all the stops everyday. Just have a simple routine wear you look polished. Just spend a little time doing something. Get your eyebrows waxed so they always look good without make up. Just use mascara and a little blush. You don’t have to do everything. Just enhance your natural beauty.

SoSoSteph lol no one is upset, crisco face. I am actually confused as to why you watched this video if you think it’s tired. Then for some reason you replied by calling yourself “stupid”. Very goofy behavior.
